Good morning!

We're back from WDW today - and it was a great trip all around.  Came back a little heavier than when I left - but not as bad as I had before - and well, it's all going to be gone quickly - because I'm BOT this morning!

Starting the 5DPT today to shed the carb monster and get back to what I need to be doing.

B - Protein Shake
S - Orange
L - Protein Shake
S - Apple
D - Ham and Cheese soup from the 5DPT Book
S - High Protein SF/FF pudding

There will be lots of details about the Disney trip on my blog later - but we had a GREAT time!  (Sucked to come home though!)

Missed you all!
Kellie

So glad your time at WDW was a fun time.  It's as important to play as it is to work and we sometimes have a little trouble with doing that.

All is well with my world today - it is my 77th birthday, one of my favorite folks here at work is having a C-Section today, the Packers & the Colts won and it is only 8 days until I have my floppy thigh surgery - couldn't get much better than that (Oh yes, there were a few bugs in the new elevator and I've had no choice but to climb stairs LOL)

So......exercise continues to be walking and stair climbing

As you know by now - if I eat it it has to be simple (and if it has to be cooked it has to be nuked)

Here's my gumbo "recipe"

1 large container (3 cups) of Azalea Seafood Shoppes frozen seafood gumbo combined with 1 pound of frozen Boudreaux's crawfish tails.  Stir together and divide into thirds.  I know one isn't supposed to refreeze foods - but I do and it seems to work just fine freezing the two 1/3rds I don't eat at the time and unthawing and eating them another day.  Both ingredients just need to be heated to be ready to eat.  The nutrition statistics are listed on livestrong.com/user/thedailyplate   then go to myplate and enter the item.  If that doesn't work let me know - on the other hand, if you can purchase the gumbo and tails where you live, the nutritional info will be listed on the container.
