Ok I have been lurking for a couple of weeks now and I have decided this isnt helping me and that I need to get active on here in order for it to work.. So I'm diving in here but I don't really know where to begin I recently had to have my lap band revised(11/17/09) to a new Lap band (old one slipped really bad) so I'm BACK ON TRACK and really want this to work this time.  So can some one help me out

OM, we are glad you took the plunge.  Here we interchange ideas and try to keep one another on track.  I too find that participation works better for me.  Take care and welcome.

Hi,
Well, you took your first step by signing on!  You need to go back to your basics.  Protein first, no sugar, no "white" foods, no drinking with meals and exercise.  I was able to get back on track after 9 years.  I started botting last year, around January, and found good advice on this  board.  Make sure that you post daily, it's a great way keep from slipping back.
You can do this!

WELCOME MOMMY   I'm so glad you've chosen to give up lurking and plunge into participating.  It's true, we get out what we put in and you are "putting in" 100% now.  GOOD FOR YOU.

Back to basics is the best advice I know - Minimum 60g protein first, min 60 oz of water next, then the rest of your caloric allotment for the day in other foods.  Be diligent in taking your supplements and exercising.

Pease post everyday and allow us to share your journey and it will maximix your success.  When one of us succeeds we all succeed.

Again, WELCOME
