HI all

I went to weigh****chers before wls several times with varying success.  I was wondering how helpful it would be after wls.

I haven't gained anything and even lost the 9 lbs I wanted to lose before Thanksgiving but as soon as I lost that 9 lbs my weight loss came to a complete stop again.  I have only lost 20 lbs since August.  I have about 35lbs to get to my first goal and just want it gone, but find that I just cant seem to stay consistent in my eating or exercising.

So I was thinking that maybe going to weigh****chers might help me get focused again?

Any and all opinions appreciated.

It's not how many times you fall that matters, it's how many times you get back up

We are all different - and whatever works for you is what you need to do.  The secret to our success is following our post-surgey guidelines and if WW enables you to do that - then go for it -  if it doesn't, then perhaps you need to seek another aid.  Only you know the answer to that $64,000 question.  There are no magic wands.  Just Determination, Dedication, and Discipline.
I wish you well

I think that I will give ww a try for a couple of weeks in the new year.  Don't need their plan as much as I need to get focused and motivated again.

Thanks for the responses
