Happy Saturday BOTT

I am up an attum with good intentions and hoping to pass the thought to all of you.
Vitamins taken, postive goals swirling around my mind and 2 boiled eggs ready for breakfast along with steel cut oats. 
I plan to do 30 minutes of cardio after breakfast. 
Lunch will be mexican (we are being taken out for lunch today)
Dinner will be chicken salad.  I am trying to stay off candy as it was on sale and I lost my mind but most of it is eaten already.
64 oz of water is a given for me, also I have a cookies and creme protein drink in the freezer which will help curb my sweet tooth.

Good Morning All. 

Today should be a good day, we are going to go help serve a meal to the Veteran's in the hospital. 

So for me today, the goal is to stay on TRACK:

B - Hot Chocolate Protein Drink
S - Almonds
L - Hot Chocolate Protein Drink
S - almonds
D - The Unknown, this is when we will be serving supper for others so I'm sure we will eat late tonight after we are done with that, will probably try for Chicken.

Oh, forgot to tell all of you, yesterday afternoon my DH made Peanut Brittle, it is an annual thing, he starts making it before Christmas and probably makes over 40 pounds to give away, it is awesome stuff !   Yes, I had a small bite yesterday, thankfully I dump so I knew enough just to have the very small bite and then RAN for my office, shut the door so I couldn't hear it yelling my name out for me to come get more ! ! !  LOL

Have a safe and ON Track Weekend, if not, just drive off the track as little as possible !

Did 30 minutes of cardio this morning. Currently working on my 64 oz of water. Will exceed my protien goal today.
