Friday Freeze - BOTT
OK, I haven't seen anybody start this today and each day it has gotten a little later. I'm sure we are all busy with getting ready for the holidays and for others, it has already started. Happy Hanukkah to those that celebrate it.
Time to slow down and keep the plan going to our success !
Today:
B - Protein Drink
S - Almonds
L - Protein Drink
S - Almonds
D - Going out to a party, will make wise choices, that is My Choice ! Will probably have a Protein Drink before going
Cardio - Elliptical again, weather outside is "Frightful, but my dears it's so delightful, sitting here talking to all of you, Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow" LOL

It's good to have my condo elevator running again and not have to grocery shop by weight of items. It's not so good as I no long HAVE to climb the stairs as climbing them is quick and has kept me within my goal-weight cushion zones.
Exercise today will be walking and at least some stair climbing as I'm still not letting myself off the hook of climbing them at work.

Sorry for my lateness, I don't get into work till 10, and try to start the C&C then. I'm ALWAYS glad when someone takes the liberty, it lets me know you are all BOTTIng out there!
You're not just whistling Dixie, Happy! 4 more days, and I'm flippin crazy! We're going to a hockey game tonight, then out to dinner at (EVIL) Cheesecake Factory or Fire and Ice. Tomorrow is a holiday party for work. Sunday is rest. Monday is go INSANE waiting for Tuesday. Then.... the big day! My Hubby couldn't get the day off, but he will be there for the signing. I have to figure out what the heck I'm going to do with myself all day waiting for him to get out of work. Might take the opprotunity to kick my own arse at the gym for long hours. Then a long hot shower. Then lots of sushi. That might be a good plan.
Its COLD!!!! Well not so much cold as the wind chill is just very low. I want to move today, however, so I plan to suck it up, throw on some gloves and hit the track later on. Maybe the wind will die down?

L - Left over roast n carrots n onions
S - Laughing cow cheese n wheat thins
Second Snack - Likely some poor option at the rink

Hi Sally, started to get us going this morning but laptop is having a nervous breakdown.
Started the day with 25 minutes of cardio. It will probably be a blizzard here tonight. LOL
Vitamins taken all I need do now isdrink plenty of water and maintain good food choices and try not to eat for the weekend.
B - cup of coffee, creamer, splenda, tried carmel latte coffee (hated it)
L - vegetable beef soup
S - tuna salad
D - not sure yet
Tale care all and have a safe weekend.
