Just wanted to check in with you and see how you were doing. Also praying that your husband has been doing better with the vertigo, been there don't ever want to go back.

Thank you so much for asking.  It went away as strangely as it appeared.  We are not sure if it was the holistic doctor he was seeing and the supps she gave him or the fact his sugar was in the 400's and now around 100 or just went away strangely.  The doctors don't have a clue???? 

When did you have it?  Did you find out what caused yours? 

I am using these weeks to try and get back to "me".  Taking care of ourselves is a full time job 

Reading again, getting back to logging my food and back to the basics.  My goal is to have all my Do's in place around the first of the year and hit the ground running and be back in shape by spring.

Glad to here he is doing better, too bad they don't know why it happened. I get vertigo attacks about 1-2 times a year. The last time I was driving and had to stop in the middle of a four lane road. I had to call 911 and have them send an ambulance. They still don't know why I have the attacks. I was told by a nurologist that 90% of the time they don't know what is causing vertigo.

Glad you are taking care of yourself. Sounds cliche but we can't take care of others if we aren't taking care of ourselves (easier said than done, lol).

Everythings going pretty good here. Getting ready for the holidays and trying to stay on track. Dealing with my 15 year olds first "broken heart". Other than that, just hanging out 

Aww, first broken heart! I was 15 when I had mine too. Remember that even though they're young and love can be fleeting and last days or hours, they feel it 10 fold what adults in long term relationships feel... those darn hormones.

That would be very scary to be driving and then have this happen.  I had vertigo but it was due to fluid on my inner ear.  Took some pills and it was gone.  I hate to hear it comes back again and again.  I tell you what the next time this happens let me know and I will get some details of the B complex and such my husband takes.  Heck, it's worth a shot.
