Lunch - chicken wrap in low carb tortilla
Snack - apple w/pb2
Dinner - chili
Snack - fage
Hope that everyone stays warm and dry!
Have a great day,
Deb

yum do you have a recipe for the buffalo & turkey sausage meatloaf? That sounds delicious.

1 pound group buffalo, 1 pound turkey sausage (in the freezer section with breakfast meats), 1/4 cup Original Egg Beaters, 1 can French cut green beans drained, 1 8oz can mushroom stems & pieces drained, onion flakes to taste - I don't salt it before I cook it and sometimes when I eat it I salt it a little and sometimes I don't.

If you've followed BOTT very long you know I'm not a cook - if it can't be nuked I don't cook/eat it LOL.  This meatloaf is no exception.  My microwave is a bit hotter than average so I nuke it for 20 mins.  You do have to be careful not to overcook buffalo as it is so lean if cooked too long it becomes very dry.

I divide this into 8 servings and freeze them individually.

I like it - hope you do too.

Oops, forgot about the Cardio, yesterday I did indeed do the Eliptical BORING, now I know why I like going out for a walk, didn't make the whole amount of time I was aiming for but will hop back on it today and see if I can work the time up some more.  It is definitely different then just walking, hmmmm, no pain, no gain?
