Monday - BOTT Cardio and Café
Wow, Monday. As I was typing the subject header I started typing Wednesday. I think my Fruedien Slip is showing...
I had a Wii-TASTIC weekend, with christmas decorating all morning Saturday until the TV and Wii arrived, then Hubby spent about 1/2 hour setting it all up and the DVD player too, and we now have a rediculously large entertainment area in our very tiny basement room. I'm not complaining, I've spent over 8 hours or so playing Wii so far. We went out Saturday afternoon and bought a new controller (so now we can play 2 player games), the 480i composit adapter (so it looks fantastic on our HDTV), some skins to protect the controllers, 2000 Wii points and Lego Indiana Jones. We then challanged each other to some sports games and finally I got my hubby up and moving to play baseball and tennis, bowling and boxing. He kicks my arse at baseball, but I rock the boxing and bowling.
Anyhoo, I love my Wii, and think that on days I can't get out to do my cardio, it'll be a decent suppliment until I can!
Cardio - COLD OUT SIDE!!!! If I can whether the weather, I'll try the track, if not, Wii Boxing for at least 30 minutes.

Good Morning BOTTers - Here's wishing you a marvelous BOTT week!
This morning when I weighed I was down two pounds from my goal weight and I have no clue why since I haven't changed exercise or calories. Needless to say I'm not complaining!!! Would I be as calm, cool, and collected about it if I had gone up to two pounds above goal - NO WAY - still working on my maintenance mind set there
Exercise - walking and stair climbing. I'm finding that to CHOOSE to walk the six flights of stairs up to my condo and HAVING to walk the six flights of stairs up the condo because the elevator isn't running are two entirely different things! How you see it is how it is for you is certainly true. Right now I feel like I will never climb the stairs again once the elevator is up and running - need to do some thinking adjustment here!!!!!!

Health Wise is the brand and it is not available in stores. I do sell it however. $7.00 + postage for 7 servings. As you can tell - I like it a lot and it is an excellent source of protein - 15g per serving, 1g fat, 3g carbs.
Another very very yummy thing (in my opion) is combining 1 pkg Aloha Mango Smoothie, 1 pkg - (90 cal, 1g fat, 7g car, 15g protein) and Peach Mango Fruit Drink - (70 cal, 0g fat, 2g car, 15g protein). 2/3 water, and 8 ice cubes. 30g carb The smoothie is new and I like it so much that most of my meals yesterday were this combination. These are also $7.00 for 7 servings.

Sion - I had a major case of brain fade - the drinks come in a bottle ready to add water - $1.50/bottle. An alternative is Hot Chocolate or Hot Chocolate with Marshmallows - make it up and, if you want it cold, refrigerate it. These are 7 servings/$7.00
