Hey Everyone

I was a good girl and washed, washed, and washed my hands.  Ended up getting sick this weekend    Don't think it's the H1N1 but you never know as I never was able to find anywhere that had the shots.

Trying to drink fluids and get down some soup.  So here is the kicker, I bet you all the tea in China when I come out the other end and feel better I won't have lost 1 pound

Hehehe, oh well.

No Cathy I did not track my food

Let's have a great week everyone and oh in case you are counting....17 more days til Christmas

Take care,
Kathy

What's more, Mom's old tales tell us to feed a cold and starve a fever, because your body is working overtime fighting that cold and needs extra energy, while we want to stop processes to cool our fevers down. I was slightly sick over the week/weekend, but no fever. I did find I wanted to eat more, but it wasn't bad food I was craving, oddly. It was things like milk, apples, chicken and greens. I wish I always craved those foods!!

Hope you guys feel better soon. I felt a little sick to my pouch Saturday evening but it was only because my beloved Florida Gators lost to the Alabama Elephants

Look on the bright side - when you come out the other end you will be alive!

and aren't you one of the folks who admonishes us from time to time that we can cut back on calories to the point our body thinks it needs to hang on to everything we consume so we don't starve to death?  Are you cutting back too much because you feel icky?

First order of business is to take good care of yourself in the here and now - and when you "come out the other end" assess what taking good care of yourself is at that point in time

(Given my chronic constipation problems, I'm a little uncomfortable talking about "coming out the other end LOL )

Hope you're feeling ever so much better by the time you read this
