Back On Track Together
Changing direction on the Track
This morning was my first day back at the gym after a 2 1/2 week period of rebellion , frustration, and depression about my weight loss, and boyI worked it out and feel good! I am now eating a salad instead of starving all day long. am going to try smaller more frequent meals. I have just been so afraid to eat during the day because I feared I would 'run out of calories' by dinnertime. Thank you all for responding to my repeated complaints over the last few days. I can't garantee it's over, but at least for TODAY i have some hope.

Isn't it just CRAZY how we put it off, make excuses, "don't feel like it".... then when we finally do get off our butts and work out hard, it just feels AMAZING??? Why in the world can't we remember this in those hard moments of "don't feel like it".... Our bodies love it, our minds appreciate it and our souls free up a little. I can't figure out why we put it off. I'm guilty of it too. When I finally do get moving, I yell at myself "See, it feels good! Why did you wait so long!"...
I'm so glad you got up and going, you are doing GREAT!
