Hey Everyone

Well I finally took the plunge and got on the scale.  I don't live and die by the scale as it causes brain damage    I know all  of us at one time have been there, where you know you have put on a "few pounds" but reality hits you with a BIG STICK when you finally get on the scale.

I wonder, how many of you have done so and found out you actually put on more than you thought?  I have put on 10 pounds more than I thought

The big issue here is to not let it put us in a downward spiral.  We need to use this information as motivation not rejection and defeat

If you have some pointers to share with me and others on how you dealt with Scale Hell, please come on in and let it all hang out

Take care,
Kathy

I've found there are two kinds of scale-users out there - those who need to weigh every day and those who don't dare weigh every day.  I am a "needer" - I am so good at fooling myself that I can gain A LOT if I play ostrich and stick my head in the sand.  I know if I want to avoid the scales I'm in big trouble.  Weighing every day helps keep me on track.

I don't see that one way is "right" and the other way is "wrong"  - So long as we use the way that serves us best.

So kathy  - just accept the fact you are a human being (wretched inconvenience sometimes LOL), forgive yourself, correct and learn from you mistakeget  and celebrate your resolve to BOTT - call on that powerful force - BOTT POWER that's available to all of us.
