So I'm in the process of getting back on track.  Usually I have a shake for breakfast, but this morning my cup for the Bullet which I mix it altogether in wasn't washed up so I went for toast instead.  Sitting at the breakfast table my 9 year old daughter pipes up...mummy, I thought you were trying to avoid carbs???  When I explained about the cup needing washing up  her reply was, well wa**** up then!!!!

Hmmm, can't argue with that can I hehe

no grey areas at all - gives me plenty to think about though.  It's my decision on how I am going to help myself or whether I allow cir****tances to dictate my actions...hmmm

PS - I just learned last week that I could order additional magic bullet cups - so I did - they come three as an order.

Whilst that may help my eating it won't help my washing up!!  I'm terrible enough as it is, let alone having more available before I HAVE to wash up hehe.  trouble is I got used to having a dishwasher and when we moved back to the UK no longer had one.  Not for long hopefully as we are planning on having a kitchen refit/major building works whi*****lude a dishwasher (well in my plans anyway - hubbie may have different ideas, but guess whose going to win that one!!!) in the New Year.

You know Ruth, I think that would have been your reply to her if she had said that too you!  You think!?

Genie

you are soooo right!!  Just made me realise that there is NEVER a good excuse for not staying on track (even though I try to convince myself otherwise).  It all comes down to choice.  Not easy but there you go
