Greetings BOTTers

Thanks, Deb, for starting this thread.  Hope you're soon rid of that wretched sinus infection!!!!

Once I figured out my cravings yesterday morning, as I was posting here, were a case of a good old fashioned pitty party, and pledged to my fellow BOTTers I was NOT going to serve refreshments at my party, they went away.  YEAH!!!!!!   It's amazing what a difference posting makes in my day.  Thank you from the bottom (top & sides) of my heart for the caring and sharing you give me.  You're all so special - I couldn't make it without you!

Walking & stairs and following my 1450-1500 food plan for the day.  Fortunately our rain and wind storm of yesterday cleared up a little after noon and we had a beautiful sunny day.  Sure was a storm to be endured while it was raging though.

Here's to a great BOTT day to all

What strange weather... last night it monsooned, this morning it was windy as ever, but drying out and sunny and warm... like temperate. Like 60*. On December 3rd. Something's just not right with that. I think I'll take advantage of it though, and hit the track once or twice today. Had a poor start to the morning but there have been worse things. I'll keep it in check for the rest of the day and hope to get back on track.

Hope you are on the mend soon, Deb.  I woke up with a sore throat and that is a sign for me to make sure I don't sinus problems as well.

I have a really busy day ahead at work as well and then it is about an hour drive to The Melting Pot for a Christmas get together tonight.  I am excited about going.  I understand it will be a nice, relaxing dinner and I have never been.

My food plan is:

Breakfast: Thin toast w/peanut butter and banana
Snack: 2 eggs and grapes
Lunch: Chef's salad
Snack: Protein bar
Dinner: Meat and vegetables (TBD @ restaurant)

Have a GREAT day!

Hello BOTT Family,
Thank you Happy and Sally for your words of comfort and support yesterday.  I really appreciated and needed the well wishes and (((((Hugs)))).

My eating today was WAYYYY off track.  Started my morning with a Protein Shake and the rest of the day was all down hill.  Had Fried Chicken Wings for breakfast...Yum!  The rest of the day if it didn't move...I ate it!  Back On Track tomorrow!
