Its hard to believe that today is December 1, 2009. Twenty four days until Christmas, and thirty one days until the New Year begins. The madness continues.
We look back over this past year and we look at our triumphs and our failures and as WL patients we strive to stay healthy, reach goals and thank family and friends for their support in all that we have accomplished this past year.
Tomorrow is a new day and a new beginning....we sometimes stray, but the track is always here to get back on the rail.

I have missed you all over the last few months, but know I need to commit to visiting on a more regular basis for your wonderful support. Yesterday was my first day of recommitment to myself and it was a very busy day, but I did succeed in making the "me" time as planned. I found that I have to schedule my exercise and support time just like I would an appointment.
I have commit to 3 days of scheduled cardio to start then I will increase to 5 days later. I did succeed in doing the water aerobics yesterday.
Food planned for today:
B - Protein shake
S- low fat cheese and grapes
L- homemade chicken minestone soup w/ low fat shredded cheese
S- Protein bar
D- Low carb soft taco
S- greek yogurt w/SF syrup

The elevator is still not running and probably won't be until the end of NEXT week. So my exercise will be walking and stairs

Good morning Botters!
What a day. Its going to be sunny and 50 today, the 1st day of December! I plan on doing some deep cleaning today as my cardio and moving some furniture as my cardio today. Gotta get ready for the tree! My food plan:
Breakfast - Fage w/healthy fit granola
Snack - Click
Lunch - Steak and salad
Snack - almonds
Dinner - Ricotta bake w/meatballs
Snack - Fage w/s.f. caramel

I think I am well on my way to being back on track! i had a good day yesterday and lost a little weight. This morning I have already had a protien shake. Lunch will be chicken and dinner will be a baked potato and possible another shake. A few slices of cheese will be thrown in there somewhere too!
Also, I am going to try to bike for 20 mins today.
I am going to Florida in Jan. and want to swim and maybe go to one of the parks!
i am having some emotional stuff go on, wich is making this harder,
nut overall I think I am ok.
It sounds like you are all in a positive frame of mind today!

I'm going crosseyed with all this house stuff!! Today I started my closing procedures and boy, there's a lot to do. I have to get my utilities in order, my closing costs saved up, closing papers signed and stamped, insurance bought, inspectors paid... and to top it off, last night we went furnature shopping and I bought that living room at Jordans! That means I have a place to sit, a TV to watch and a WII!!!!! Woohoo! I spent a lot of money last night, but even though I feel extended, I feel good.
I am also very proud to say I made it thorugh the holiday with flying colors, and actually lost 2 more lbs doing it! I don't know how or why, but my portion size was kept down and I behaved very well. I still managed to have a great day and weekend.
I hope all of you had a good time, and we are right back to it. 24 days.... who wants to do a little challange with me? I'm aiming for another 3-5 lbs by Christmas day. Who's down?
