Oooh thanks for this! 

I'm not so sure why I feel the need to keep my carbs count under my protein count for the day - but I do.  If anyone has better target numbers for me, I'd appreciate them!

(Yes, Yes, I know, get thee to a nutritionist! - That will happen after next week's vacation!)

Looks like you're trying to do a Protein train Kellie...the Atkins Diet!  I'm working on the same thing...trying to keep that carb count low!

Like you, I am trying to keep my carbs down.  I find that I feel a lot better when the carb count is down. 

Thanks for the reminder to check out my fruit.  I just bought some pears and see they may not have been a better choice.  I think if I stay with my berries, melon and pineapple I will be making better choices.  I don't know about you, but I need to start cutting back on my fruit.  It is so good to me and I find I am eating too many servings.
