Good morning!  Thought I'd get a jump on the week, since it's going to prove to be a busy one! (Getting ready for vacation is never the easiest...this week definitely makes you GLAD you'll be out of the office for a while!) 

B - Yogurt and Kay's Natural cereal  180cal/15g Prot/31g Carb
S - Apple and PB2 Chocolate Powder 100cal/1g Prot/20g Carb
L - 2 Salmon Cakes with cucumbers and cherry tomatoes with lite dressing to dip. 225 cal/16g Prot/12g Carb
S - Cheese and Grapes - 110cal/9g Prot/7g Carb
D - 2 Salmon Cakes with Cucumbers and cherry tomatoes with lite dressing to dip. 225 cal/16g Prot/12g Carb
S - Protein Shake 200cal/28g Prot/6g Carb

Totals:  1040 Calories/85g Prot/92g Carb  (Need to figure out how to get the carbs under my protein count for the day...I think I'll cut out the apple on Tuesday)

wow early start for you today!  Do apples have lots of carbs in?  I notice you might cut yoru out to reduce the carbs?

Calorie King gives the following for carbs:
Apple slices - 3.8oz = 15g
Lowfat Yogurt - 8oz = 16g

Good morning Botters!
Finally, everyone is going back to work.  Time to get back on a regular schedule.  My food plan for today:
Pre-Breakfast - 1/2 c. fage
Breakfast - 1/2 c. steelcut oatmal
Lunch - chicken wrap w/low carb tortilla
Snack - 1/2 apple w/pb2
Dinner - stirfry steak and veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel
My cardio will be later this afternoon, 1/2 hr. treadmill, 1/2 hr recumb bike.

OK, trying to get back on track today after a week or so of my cycle and THEN thanksgiving...

I already had a protien shake today.
plan on having chicken for lunch.

i am going to try to do cardio tonight.

i didnt sleep well last night bc an ex called me and told me all of the mushy things he should have told me 2 years ago....

1283 Calories, 78 Net Carbs, 43 Fat, 123 Protein

Hello BOTT,
Glad to see everyone's getting into the holiday spirit....me I'm not Bah Humbug!!!  Out shopping and the aroma in the malls is KILLING ME..I need someone to close my nose and wire my jaws!
I was suppose to be trying to keep my carb count as close to 20grams as possible.  More will power tomorrow.

No Cardio today...
