Good morning!

Yesterday, I realized that one thing I"m very thankful for, I'm abusing...and need to STOP IT!  So, this morning, I've climbed back on the wagon (again!...I swear, these seats are made of rubber!)

Food -
B- Yogurt and Cereal
L - Italian Meatballs (We went out for lunch instead, and I had 2 falafel, 2T hummus, 2T Tzaziki, and 1/2 WW pita)
S - Apple and PB (Stopped at the 'buck at Tarjay, and I had a small Ginger Bread latte without whipped cream  - why can't they find the SF syrups???)
D - Turkey on an Arnold Thin (Had my lunch o' Italian meatballs)
S - Protein Shake - Will probably have my apple tonight...but may have the shake - not sure yet.

Cardio - Walking at the Christmas Carousel and whatever black friday shopping we do.    The Christmas Carousel craft show, JC Pennys, and Target - LOTS of walking - but I feel pretty good about it.  I should really dig out my pedometer and shoot for a target.  (Maybe that will be my December goal!)

Have a great day!

Edit:  Our plans changed, and so did my meals for the day - but I'm still pretty much within what I was wanting to do...so it's sorta good...(not ALL..but sorta!)

  Day by Day.

Hey, folks! I had a very good Thanksgiving with my boys, and my maple-cinnamon yams (low sugar) were a success!

Cardio: I ran 4.62 miles yesterday morning, and today's training calls for a 6-miler. The sun is shining, unlike yesterday's rain, so I am psyched for the run! To rest my Achilles tendon, which was stressed from all the hill-work I did over the last few weeks, I went to the nearby flat track. Thankfully, my Zune tunes kept me from dying of boredom!

Today I am having:
B--oatmeal with Splenda brown sugar and a dab of butter
L-- 4 ounces chopped turkey
Large Very Veggie salad with grape tomatoes and cucumber
       2 Tablespoons Green Goddess dressing
D--Turkey-cranberry wreath made from leftover turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce baked into a wreath of crescent roll dough
S--Slice of raspberry/blackberry pie with lite whipped cream

Is that ICBINB with or without the awful accent?

Greetings one and all you marvelous BOTTers  I'm so very thanksful each and every one of you have come into my life!

Since the weather yesterday was cold (to a Floridian ` well actually to a Hoosier too) and I didn't want to walk my two miles in the park, I hopped on my husband's eliptical machine - what an eye-opener  I read where you all do 30 minutes or more -  I can't even come close to doing one full minute alla at one time!  Today I have accomplished 2.13 miles total.  Ithink I'm going to be glad to go back home where I don't have an eliptical machine taunting me.  (I'm not about to go to the gym for less than a one minute workout!!!)

Sion I found the individual 100 packets of choc covered almonds and also 100 cal individual packets of Walnuts and almonds - now is just have to find them in Florida,  Additionally I found 60 calories packets of prunes with cheery jest.  Have only tried the walnuts and almonds but really enjoyed them.  Thanks so much for alerting me they were available

Today's food went as planned - at least so far and i don't anticipate any problems with dinner

Happy weekend
