Morning all!

I thought I'd take the quick opprotunity to post the C&C, even though I don't expect many responses. Its important to keep a clear head today, and think about what you are eating and why. Be thankful for how far you've come and ensure to use that tool productively!

Cardio - Walk later on

Food -
B - Lots of coffee
L - Tom and his friends from the farm
D - Left overs

scion - you of are going to be so proud of me  I figured out hw to access this site from myhusband's computer in Indiana!!!1  Today's not the challenge - yesterday was.  It was his birthday and our older son took us to lunch at a fancy Mxican resturant.  I had a jazzed up version of a taco salad (with chicken), yummy glocomole & chips  The glocomole was made fresh right before our very yes and I don't even like glocomole  May have overdosed a it on this  ut kept calories way down the rest of the day,  Today and tomorrow will be no problem as I have my 1450 cal plan and my food  Then Sat is the zinger - our Thanksmas feast  Will make wie coices and keep calories low the rest of the day and get backon Sunday  Monday will be no problem either as I will have breakfast in Indiana, snack in the Memphis airport, and lunch at home  All of Monday's food will be my food.  Hopefully, by being careful I will not have a gain

HAPPY THANKSGIVING ONE AND ALL

am so proud of you! Now you can BOTT wherever in the world you are. Way to go, Happy!

That guac sounds astounding. I LURVE a good avacado, whi*****reases my love for guac, as I love mexican. They made it right in front of you? How cool! That's like a sushi bar or hibachi.

I'm actually impressed with my food choices this thanksgiving, and I think I did a very good job keeping it real and listening to my pouch and not my head or sentiments. I've been doing that alot lately and I feel good about it. I need to move more, though. That's the kicker. Weather has been stopping me from the track or walking the pooch, so I'm doing some searching for good cardio indoors (gym is last ditch, but I can't do that on lunch break!)

Happy Thanksgiving to all. And to Ruth, Happy uhhh...  Thursday! One more work day left!
