Ok its 8:30 and no ones posted so here it is.

Today is the last day of school for the kids and then its off for 5 days for Thanksgiving. Get to sleep in a little but the chaos factor goes up dramatically.

Heres todays plan;

B: coffee and chicken breast sandwich
L: homemade potatoe soup
D: Homemade chilli
S: Protien shake

ITs never a bad time to start the C&C, I've posted one as late as 6 PM when no one else has, but at leat its there. Thanks for starting us up today, Wayne!

So we're working on this washer/dryer situation with the house. If this is the extent of my stress for the rest of the fallout, that's fine with me!!

Cardio - Raining again today, I will do what I can, even if its laps inside.

Food -
B - light wheat toast and apple butter
L - Left over pork chop, broc, mushrooms and taters
S - Apple
D - Spaghetti and meatballs (Dad's specialty!)

Good Morning and thanks for starting us out today Wayne!

Cardio: Did 30 Min. Wii Free Run this morning, walking on breaks
Food:

B-Vanilla Protein Shake
S-Turkey Sausage & Laughing Cow Light
L-Turkey & Cheese Roll-ups, Broccoli w/Hummus
S-Cottage Cheese, Soy Nuts
D-Fish Tacos

Hope everyone has a great day, only one more day of work and then off for 4 days, WOO HOO!

Today's plan, already in progress:

B - Protein drink
L - Salmon (baked)
Snack - Protein
D - Whatever I can get at a restaurant that is high protein and low fat, going to a college football game tonight, need to dress warm, maybe shivering will wear off some calories...LOL

Cardio - Wii walking/running 30 mins

Hi Botters!
I just got back from Ohio, I went for my dad's dr. appointment.  Flying back and forth is exhausting and my diet fails miserably when I can't eat properly. 
So my plan starting with lunch is:
Ham and Cheese roll w/fresh veggies (oh how I missed them!)
Dinner - Baked chicken rolled with fresh ricotta, parm. and herbs with fresh veggies on the side
Snack - Fage w/s.f. caramel
I hope that everyone has a great day!
