Monday BOTT Cardio and Cafe`

Morning Folks.

My plan for the day:
B - Cereal and Yogurt
S - Grapes
L - 2 Italian meatballs and veggies
S- Laughing Cow Cheese and 5 ritz crackers
D - Buffalo burger from TJ's with a slice of cheese and sliced tomato.
S - Protein Shake

Cardio - Up in the air yet.  I'm under the weather (again)

Hey all!

Had the house inspected this morning. No surprises or deal-breaking issues, just some cleaning, wiring and minor plumbing to do. I'm beginning to realize how much work getting a house and spiffing it up will be, but I think I can handle it. I'm getting excited, the countdown is getting smaller and smaller!

Cardio - Its raining, may not get the opprotunity

Food -
B - DD Cheese flat bread
L - Left over Applebees orange chicken
S - Spaghetti and Meatballs

Will suppliment snacks if needed with apples and almonds

Good Morning everyone! Spent most of last night in the hospital with my daughter. She was having cramps and pain for several hours. They never did pinpoint the problem and sent her home after a shot of phenergen and morphine. The weekend was good and bad. Did horrible on eating Friday, but was good the rest of the weekend. Today is a new day!

Cardio: Slept in after no sleep most of the night, will try to slip in some treadmill time tonight

Food:

B-Wheat & Flax English Muffin, Greek Yogurt
S-Cottage Cheese, Soy Nuts
L-Turkey & Cheese Roll-ups, Broccoli w/Hummus
S-Turkey Sausage & Laughing Cow Light
D-Pork Tenderloin, Sweet Potato

1279 Cal, 89 Carbs, 45 Fat, 120 Protein

Didn't do well at all over the weekend - very frustrating after doing well during the week, knowing that it all went to waste (or should I say waist) at the weekend.  I just wish I could keep the momentum up for longer/more days that I do before falling off the wagon each time.

Cafe:

Breakfast: shake
Lunch: crackers & cheese
Snack: shake
Dinner:  chicken in some form or other

I fell off the wagon over the weekend also, if it didn't move I ate it.  BOT today...
