Saturday - BOTT Cardio and Cafe

Heya all! I don't know about you, but this Indian Summer is gettin OLD. I'm not complaining about nice autumn weather, but seriously. its way too late in the season! I'll take advantage of it and walk like a loon today.

My food is unplanned, weekend are usually on the fly which is why I don't tend to post the C&C, but  I feel, if I want to BOTT right, I need to at least say and do something. And hey, there are those of you who DO check in on the weekends regularly. So here ya go.

Cardio - Walk walk walk the dog.

Food -
B - Toaster strudel (apple)
L - Left over queso/black bean/beef dip and hothotHOT sauce
D - We will be out at a hockey game, so I'm not really sure. Might indulge in some vino tho.

Just checking in - contrary to the weather forecast, the sun is shining.  If it keeps up will walk 2 miles in the park with a friend - if not 1.6 miles in the mall.  Of course, I have no choice but to climb 6 flights of stairs if I go out.  Not sure when the new elevator will be in - but it isn't today so climb I will.  Food = 1450-1500 calories. AND CLELEBRATE ANOTHER DAY OF MAINTENANCE - I'm so high on succeeding at maintenance I'm giddy.

Cooking and cleaning all day.  Preparing food for my girls in Chicago.  Cleaning the house as I like to come home to a clean house after vacation  a
Had a stressful Friday as tv went out and hubby would not wait for special event Friday so bought a tv.  The salesman even said he would save 50.00 on the same tv if he waited.  It will be ok but I had a slight setback.

B - cashews
L - greek yogurt w honey, slice of thin bread, peppered ham, slice of cheese
2 cup of tea w/ splenda
Snack - protein pudding - chocolate mint
D - cup of chitterlings, hot sauce

Tomorrow is another day.
