Ok I thought about doing the 5 day pouch test, and the 10 day protein diet... In the long run what I really needed, is to be accountable for what and how much I was eating every day.  So I started keeping a food diary, writing down absolutely EVERYTHING, including my water intake.
OMG!!! In just a few days I feel so much better, more energy and have noticed that my clothes are fitting just a little better.  I haven't gotten on the scale yet, but I will soon.
Just wanted to give everyone an update and thank you guys for your support.  I don't post too often, but I do log in every day and read every one's posts.  It really does help to know that I am just human and we all stumble from time to time.  The important thing is that we don't loose faith, we pick ourselves up, make the right choices and move forward.

Thanks again!!!

Good for you Michele,
I have gain about 15 pounds after plateauing a year ago and have been contemplating the 5 day pouch test too.  But are absolutely right we need to be accountable for what we decide to eat.  I am going to try the food journal too.

Thank YOU!

Michelle,
Good to hear from you again. I too am journaling and find that to be better for myself in trying to lose my extra 25lbs. We are tough and we can do it! Congratulations on feeling better and having more energy. That will give enough encouragement to keep going strong.
Take care,
Jenn

Great start on your journey to BOTT.The key to success in any endevor is accountability to self. I can always tell when I get away from my food journaling, bad habits creep back in.

Keep up the great work, you are on your way!!
