I'm glad you're doing better, Cathy!

Its raining and cold here today, so we'll see how much walking  I get in, if any. I'd rather LIKE to do something, so I will probably dedicate myself to some sort of floor exercises tonight. Food isn't exactly planned out today, but I seem to be in the same boat of lack of appetite, so I hope that holds.

Cardio - Some kinda floor exercises

Food -
B - Carrot and Apple salad (You have GOT to try this, its at Stop and Shop in the deli sec)
S - Click
L - Baked white fish and green veggies
S - Apple, Cocoa roast almonds
D - Not exactly sure, still waiting on those tacos, though

I am a little sore – I made it 45 min on the treadmill yesterday and I can’t go as fast as I used to but I played with the elevation and little and my legs are talking to me about it today. I won’t get to exercise today because as soon as I get off of work I’m going to a playoff game.   I made it through day two of protein alone and have lost 6 pounds since I started. Six pounds in two days. That’s Rocks!!!! I am supposed to call Dr. W on Fridays I don’t know if he expected me to call today but I’m going to just because I’m so excited. I think that I may stay full liquid over the weekend just because I don’t have to think about it – you know – this is what I’m eating nothing less… nothing more!   I’ve noticed what I tell myself recently (since I’ve seen Dr. W) is more possitive. I’ve been telling myself that I can do this. I envision myself at my goal weight. I’ve been there I know that this time it is possible. Last time I had to imagine it and I didn’t really believe that I could ever make it to a size 12. Now I know that it is possible. I just have to work at it. So I tell myself I can, I’m amazing.  It is wonderful how much better I feel. Try it.   Never, Never, Never, Give up!!! Fight the Good Fight!

Good Morning and TGIF! What a day yesterday. A friend's son has been living with us the past 6 weeks while she was in rehab and she decided to check herself out early yesterday. I am scared to let her son go back as it doesn't appear that she got what she needs to stay sober in the real world. After talking to him, I think he is feeling the same way. I told him we are there for him for the rest of his life, I guess we wait and see how it plays out. Excited for tonight though, taking my husband on a date for the first time in 6 months.

Cardio: Wii Free Step, Walking

Food:

B-Whole Grain & Flax English Muffin, Greek Yogurt w/Splenda & SF Preserves
S-Turkey Sausage & Laughing Cow Light
L-Turkey & Cheese Roll-ups, Broccoli w/Hummus
S-Dry Roasted Edamame
D-No idea, MIL had surgery today so are going to take her dinner when we check on her
S-Going to the movies so I better walk in chewing a whole pack of gum or the candied almonds will get the better of me

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!
