what quantity do you have in your dosage?  I want to find the right thing...thanks

It's MediHerb, Gymnema 1:1.  The bottle says to take one teaspoon a day in water or juice but my doctor said to take one teaspoon before eating the sugar item.  For me, it made the sugar food taste really, really salty.

I hope it works for  you, it's not cheap..$50.00.  But I won't need it soon, giggle as I am running out of sugar stuff I usually binge on.

Oh dear, salt is one of my cravings.

From what she says, it sounds like it makes it taste OVERLY salty, like that acidic sting your tongue salty. I hope I'm right. Not like salty chips or even brine, but worse.

For me, and again everyone may be different it was so salty it made me gag.  But then who knows.  I wish we could get a sample of it first.  There was another lady in the office and she said it worked for her.

Maybe you guys can pool your money and get one bottle, send out samples and try it before you buy an entire bottle.  I would feel bad if it didn't work for you.....

I'm starting to wonder if there are local places that would sell it, like whole foods/trader joe's or herbal/alternative shops... might be worth a gander at their items.

VitaDocs have it for $44, and it seems to also be the same product. Interesting, though. I may look into this after we get the house. I will let you know.
