BOTT - Thursday Check In, Cafe & Cardio

Hi all,

the past 2 days have not been so hot.
i ate a lot of carbs and gained about 3lbs!

today hasnt been bad so far:
B-slept thru!
lunch-chicken nuggets
snack-popcorn
snack-chicken
dinner-? shake???

i have to go to a fundraing reception tonight ans i am sure there will be food there.
maybe i will be lucky and the will have cheese and shrimp!

i am starving lately.
no exercise yet today, but i hope to do some tonight.

Hi Botters!
I've been busy this morning, hitting 3 different grocery stores to stock up on baking and Thanksgiving dinner.  It's a great warm-up for my workout later this afternoon.  I plan on doing 45 on treadmill and 20 on elliptical. 
Breakfast - 0% fage w/homemade healthy granola
Lunch - Low carb cheese quesadilla
Snack - Click
Dinner - Italian beef minus roll w/ mozzarella and roasted peppers
Snack - Fage w/s.f. caramel

Hi All

had a good couple of days and feel like I'm BOT finally.  Only a few very minor slipups which Im not going to beat myself up about.  It is definitely helping me when I preplan my menus for the day ahead

Breakfast:  1 slice bread & cheese
Lunch: beans
snack: shake
Dinner: at a friends for a meal so not sure what we'll have - I'll have to watch portions and be careful

Cardio:  Stepper - 15 minutes
