WOW - Just one, Wayne!  I'm so proud of you!!!!!!!!    I can't do that - if I'd had one - it would have been all the rest that were there.  I'm impressed

Good Morning and Happy Hump Day! Kathy's post on fast food addiction hit home in a big way today. Yesterday I ran errands over lunch and instead of coming back to work to eat what I packed I headed to the Taco Bell. The eye-opener happened later. I entered the food in my online log and wanted to go throw up when I saw the fat and calorie count. It was definitely enough to get my head back in the game today and learn that sometimes it has to be one hour at a time.

Cardio: 30 Minutes Free Step on Wii this morning, just finished 15 min walk at work and planning another 15 min walk at afternoon break

Food so far:

Coffee w/SF creamer & Splenda
B-Peanut butter and chocolate protein shake
S-Turkey & cheese roll-ups

Plan for the rest of the day:
L-Turkey chili
S-Organic soy nuts & string cheese
D-Baked chicken & broccoli

Hope everyone has a fantastic day!
