I hope everyone had a good weekend. I sure did. I got my work done that I needed to, we had a bit of fun and I also accomplished some personal things that I'd been putting off. Being overwhelmed is a big trigger for me so I'm going to pay close attention to when that starts.

Morning coffee, w/creamer and sugar, 1 cup of tea, splenda only
Breakfast - Slimscript protein shake
Lunch - 1/2 sundried tomatoe wrap w/cheese & 2 slices pepperoni and boiled egg
Snack - blueberry pure protein bar
Dinner - probably stuffer pepper it's already prepared not sure what else
32 oz water, 32 oz flavored water
Vitamins taken

I haven't been on that thing in years...

Lunch=chicken and potatoes
Snack=Chicken

My complexion is horrible today.
I made the mistake of "picking" when i couldn't sleep last night...

Sorry I'm so late posting today. I've been SO busy arranging house inspections, appraisuls, getting my mortgage straitened out.... Yes, that's right. THEY SAID YES! FINALLY!!! Of course, it was to the higher price and closing isn't until December 15th, but I'm gunna be a home owner!
My game was spectacular with this good news, and I was very active. I brought my Click with me too, so I supplimented that a few times. I plan to do that from now on, its just so good.

I too had a good weekend. Walked both Sat and Sun with a friend in the park - both days were perfect - a tiny bit cool, but pleasant with abundant sunshine and a soft breeze. Add to that time with a fried and you can't beat it.
Stairs with some walking - food 1500 calories - I still amaze myself that I am MAINTAINING for the first time in my life!
