Alright, I'm going to break this down to multiple items. Here goes:

an average 2 year old
an elephant penis (had to add it)
a sperm whales brain (to go with the previous item, lol)
2 automobile tires
an average human leg

and finally... 4 Chihuahuas

Still need to lose an average adult male
Have to get rid of this evil twin.
