BOTT Quote

Hi BOTTers,

Here's my BOTT quote today.  When we're committed to BOTT, it seems like every quote is written just for us and our BOTT journey!!

For this one, what it means to me is that the path up the BOTT mountain is hard.  When it feels like I can't take another step, I think about how awesome it feels to lose the weight and the rewards I feel when I'm at my goal weight.  My entire outlook is different.  I feel in control, confident and deeply happy inside.  Those feelings are worth so much more than any brief, fleeting temptation and food choice that I could make.
