BOTT Quote

I appreciate the responses from my BOTT Quote post. One of the ways I stay on track (or get back on track!!!) is through quotes. I obtain so much motivation and inspiration so I want to share with my BOTT family. Here's one I found:

This is one of my favorites.  Thanks, Cathy--I really needed to read it again.  I'm at a very low point--& I don't mean with my weight! 

I've experienced this so often - don't always remember the lesson, but this is so true.  Thanks for sharing.
