Final Weigh In of 10 day Plateau Busting Plan

Thanks and be safe!! I too am going to start with the veggies now but that gave me a memory boost of the schedule and amount of food we should be eating.

On a whim, I started this about 2-3days ago. When I first joined this group.

Ive already lost 7lbs!!!

and ...  cheated. But minimally. LOL...

But have been sticking to that plan like crazy, and cant believe with little effort its WORKING, hot damn.

My hunger for sweets has GREATLY dimininished. Right now, instead of sweets I have Muscle Milk protein shake. Thats helped to curb my appetite. I know its not on the list, but its the only way to curb my hunger... and not totally be naughty. You know?

For exercise, Ive been using my sauna suit... since I rarely sweat. Its been helping me not only sweat off water weight, but helping me to last longer during my workouts. Yes I drink fluids when i use it.

Tonight, ill probably sweat off alot... DANCING!!

Im a beast on the dancefloor... always was, even at my heaviest. Love love love to DANCE.
