Back On Track Together
Thursday BOTT Cafe` and Cardio
Hope you're enjoying the downhill slide to the weekend. I've been chugging along and enjoying the trip so far - life is good, and I'm happy...which is a good thing!
Tomorrow is full of meetings, a breakfast meeting, a lunch meeting, and a session all afternoon for training, so I'm not going to know what the deal is for the day. Breakfast meetings at my office are generally carbo-licious, so I'll opt for some fruit and a protein bar. Lunch will be a salad with protein, and tomorrow night for dinner, I'm trying a new WW pork recipe, which I will share after we try it out.
Cardio - dodging raindrops and Wii-ing...I can't wait for this storm to blow over!
Have a beautiful day - and know that someone nearby appreciates you! (Me!)
Jimi
I'm happy to report this morning that FWB sustained virtually no damage from Hurricane/TS Ida. Destin and Pensacola were not quite so fortunate. am back at work after a day off for the storm and then Veterans' Day. I must admit I like working one day, being off two and working two - just don't like the diminished pay check LOL

Mornin BOTT
I have been doing well these past few days. Starting my days with cardio and I've worked up past my big 10 minutes to 20 minutes each morning. In fact, yesterday I did 30 minutes.
It's sad that exercise helps me in so many ways but in so many ways its the first thing to go by the wayside.
On the bright side, I take my vitamins, make better food choices, exercise some daily and drink plenty of water.
Today's menu:
B - Whey protein, strawberrr y w/ 1/2 banana, 2 cups tea, 1 cup coffee
L and D - 2 boiled eggs, 2 pcs pepperoni, 2 pcs cheese, 1 oz potato chips
S - Protein Bar & Whey protein drink
64 oz of water - 32 oz plain, 32 oz Powerade Zero
Its sunny in Kentucky today. I'm having a great day. Thank you for appreciating me as I appreciate you too. .

Anyhow, sorry to bring you down!
War weekend comming up tomorrow, I have tomorrow off. I'm looking forward to that at least.
I'm glad you are all okay over there, Happy!
Cardio - Track, if I can peel myself away from the phone/emails of house hauntings.
Food -
B - Left over cal-tex casserole.
L - Turkey chili with lots of hot sauce
S - raw apple slices, maybe a little more cal/tex if I need it.
D - Good ol' corned beef and cabbage in the crock. I'm gunna need some comfort food that has low cal/high fiber so I'm sticking to a small meat portion and no taters.
I am now a HOME OWNER! Check out my House Blog!
Certified Obesity Help Support Group Leader
36 lbs from goal!
Sion - I can't believe the bank is being so absolutely stupid!!!! The only thing I can think of is that this house isn't for you - that the perfect house is out there just waiting for you to find it.
You're right - it isn't worth the stress eating (didn't say it didn't trigger it, just that in reality it isn't worth it) So glad you're going to get to get away this weekend and play. Well, it's play for you, it would be mega agony for me LOL
Have a super week-end and come back refresed and ready to go full-steam-ahead to your goal. by way of BOTTing
