Good MORNING my lovelies! (and handsomes!)

Hope you're halfway through the week with all of your sanity!  (I'm doing my best to make sure I am!)   I'm hoping the downhill trek to Friday is an easy one - the uphill climb to Wednesday was rough!

Here's my plan for the day -

B - Yogurt and Cereal
S - Kay's Natural Pretzel Sticks
L - Chicken Salad (this week's recipe of the week!), Ritz crackers, and Pumpkin Protein cake
S - Grapes and Baby Bel cheese
D - Orange BBQ Pork Chops and Rice
S - Click Frappe

Cardio  - Not sure - we're in the tail end of a hurricaine....so it will probably be Wii time!

Love you all!

Good Morning and Happy Hump Day to everyone!

Happy it is the middle of the week and tomorrow is my last work day this week. I took Friday off to take care of several appointments and get ready for my daughter's baby shower. Stress has been getting the better of me and I've haven't been eating right the past few days, so today I need to get my head back in the game.

Cardio: Wii

Food:

B-Double fiber englis muffin w/soy sausage, Egg Beaters & FF cheese
S-Apple & string cheese
L-Chicken stir fry w/brown rice
S-Dry roasted edamame
D-Tilapia with some kind of vegetable

Hope everyone has a great day, stay safe Kellie!

I am off today so it was a lazy start...sometimes nice, sometimes not

Day two of the life plan.  Trying not to let the inner workings of county government get the better of me so I threw out the tootsie rolls I found in the drawer!!  No more wild temptations that only make me dump.  I am also trying really hard not to eat after dinner.  Not only does it give me horrendous night mares but I don't need the extra mindless calories....

Exercise for today:  something easy since I have two broken toes

meal plan:

pre breakfast: 16 oz peppermint tea
breakfast: protein shake (1 scoop body fortress protein, 1/2 RTD, 2 strawberries)
snack: 16 oz latte from home with 6 oz milk
lunch: chicken salad (served separately so I can measure the chicken)
16 oz cinnamon tea
snack: cocoa almonds (100 cal packs)
24 oz passion iced tea, no sweetner
dinner: stuffed peppers (made with soy crumbles and steamed veggies)
24 oz hot tea
