Tuesday - BOTT Cardio and Café
Tuesday is here. I hope its also the day of an answer. I have tomorrow and Friday off, and I think I'm going to exercise my little buns off because I've regained a few lbs after a bad weekend. I also have the War Weekend so that should help. I'm going to focus on water and dense proteins and get myself back on track. Too many CARBS!
Cardio - Walking. Lotsa walking.
Food -
B - Shredded beef wth hot sauce
S - 5 bean soup
L - Lean Cuisine sesame chicken stir fry
S - Yoplait parfait delight
D - It'll probably be left over lasagna... I'll pluck out the protein and leave the pasta.

36 lbs from goal!
Yes today is Tuesday, a little dreary and overcast here in the great Northeast, residual affects from Hurricane Ida, but thank goodness it's not COLD. I think I'm going to try out my walking legs today. I'm still feeling a little stiffness in my left knee from the fall, but I think it just needs a little cardio burn to warm up the bones and muscles.
Please keep me in your prayers today. I found a large lump in my breast last week so today I go for a mammogram and an ultra sound to see what's lurking in the "girls." I use to get mammograms every six months, but after giving up caffeine the large amount of cyst seemed to go away. I'm hoping that toady's exam will reveal nothing but a cyst again.
Cardio:
30-45 minutes treadmill
FOOD:
EM - EAS Chocolate Protein Shake
B - Oatmeal
S - Yogurt
L - Pasta E' Fagoli Soup & Salad (Olive Garden)
(salad is eaten without Romano Cheese & OG salad dressing)
S - Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
D - Spinach Quiche & Toasted Salad (maybe)
S - EAS Chocolate Protein Shake
Calories 1083 Fat 40.3g Fiber 14.1g Carbs 99.9g Protein 80.9g
I'm giving myself a hand clap for low calorie intake and "STAYING IN TRACK."
I'm going to try and do a vegetarian menu at least 3 times a week. Forgot the soup
has ground beef!

Morning BOTT
Hope all goes well with your mamogram Dreamgirl.
Spending 10 minutes on my stationary bike before leaving this morning and about 15 minutes on the ab lounger.
Food plan is a little crazy today but tomorrow will be less.
B- Kashi creamy vanilla cereal and boiled egg
L- Braunsweiger w 2 slices of cheese and crackers
Snack - Jalapeno cheetos
D- Beef roast w/carrots and potatoes
Snack- protein bar
32 oz water
32 oz Powerade Zero
