Well what a beautious day here in NE! The temp will peak up around 65-67*, its gloriously sunny and warm and with a soft light breeze. That is a very nice day be outside. I plan to get hardcore BOTTing, I slipped up a bit this weekend (stress, lack of motivated energy, busy cleaning up after everyone in mom's dibilitating state....)

PLUS, I have my finale WAR WEEKEND (melodramatic echo included) this weekend. I have Wednesday off, and took Friday off, and plan to prep prep prep. I'm excited, many things are comming to climax this event. I'll be getting plenty of exercise.

Today SHOULD be the big day. How many times I've said it, I don't know. But we demanded an answer ASAP because we're sick of waiting. They hoped to have an answer for us today. I hope so too, darnit.

Cardio - Track, if its still nice, walk the poochie tonight. Jog.

Food -
B - Kashi cranberry oatmeal
L - Left over chinese chicken and veg.
S - Thai tuna salad and crackers
D - Lasagna

I may or may not be on line for a few days.  Hurricane IDA's effects are heading my way and that probably means the power will go off for a while.  Depends on how much damage and how soon they can get around to fixing my little corner of FWB.

Cardio for today was 7.14 mile run--a challenge, but invigorating, too! And I had a 2-lb. weight loss this week.

Not really going to focus on weight loss for the coming week--I am dialing up my training and I think I'm small enough. I want to exchange fat for muscle!!

Food Is Fuel!
