amount of food?/
I estimate that I can hold about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of food in my pouch at a time. I take a very long time to eat my main meal (lunch) because it is usually salad with cucumber and tomato, requiring lots of chewing, with chicken breast (about 320 calories). Salad and veggies contain a lot of water, so I can eat more at one sitting than something denser.
Again, people have said just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD--I hold with that 100%. I use my diet journal to track intake and activity, and eat within my body's requirements. No matter how stretched out my stomach might be, it will never be as big as a normal person's. And if a normal person can exist without constant gaining, then so can I. My cravings are not the boss of me, as I like to say! :)
I've been BoTTing unofficially and running for about 6 months, and have dropped 21 pounds.
