Good evening my lovelies (and handsomes!)
It is FRIDAY!  (Or, well, it will be when most of you read this!)   I hope your first week of November was a productive one.  I just realized, after a pretty interesting typo, what my self challenge for November will be....shall we call it MOVEmber - and entice ourselves to get moving?

Sounds like a plan for me!

Here's my meal plan for the day

B - 2 egg omlette with cheese
S - Protein Bar
L - Lunch with a friend - not sure where we're heading yet
S - Apple
D - Indian with friends - I'll have half a serving of butter chicken and some brown basmati rice
S - Protein Shake

MOVEmber Cardio -
Walking

Have an amazing day!
  Day by Day.

OH, I love it when typos make great ideas. MOVEmber sounds perfect to me! MOVEmber will be a promise to myself to do something active every day, even if its just a lap around the block. Excellent!

UGH UGH UGH GUH GUH!!!!! No, I'm not impersonating a caveman (because this is definately not so easy one can do it)..... The bank said no to our offer. So we said we'd pay the higher price they want anyways....... which in essence is only $7000 more than our asking price, and with locking in at a lower interest rate, is a lower payment anyhow. Regardless... we told them we want an answer NOW. We're tired of waiting and playing the back and forth game where we jump through hoops for them, tell us yes or no, no more stipulations. We're giving them 1 more week, and that's IT. Hopefully that'll light a fire under their butts. Blegh.

I hate it when you have a good, active day, a great day of eating... and even good water intake... and you jump on the scale the next day and are heavier. Its just how my body works, I guess, and I wave it off and shrug and say "Eh, it'll be something else tomorrow anyways". Yes, I'm a daily weigher, but  I like it. It keeps me on track and accountable. I think I have a lot of water weight issues right now and should really concentrate on water today. So I think that'll be a goal. 2 full water bottles (32 oz each) today, plus whatever else I end up drinking aside from it. But 2 today at work. I think that's feasable.

Cardio - Track. Track Track Track. I'll be wearing my pedometer too.

Food -
B - Protein shake
S - Left over veal cutlet (about 3 oz)
L - Salmon and dill sauce, some sorta veggie
S - Brie and water crackers
D - Depends A LOT on this house thing. May go out. May not. We're on our own.

haha, I LOVE MOVEmber - I'm certainly going to have that as my motto this month as I have found I've started getting out of breath now at work when I have to go up and down the stairs to various offices!!  A step towards where I came from - uh uh   I am NOT going back there, so need to get moving and get my fitness level up again.

So back to the stepper in the evenings while I'm watching TV....

Hello, I absolutely love that I can look on here about anytime of the day and someone has been on giving encouragement. Everyone seems to have such a variety of meals. I am pretty much sticking to the same things being on the Plateau Busting plan.
Day 5 almost down for the Plateau Busting... I have been keeping up with my calorie intake for day as well as protein. I do see myself gaining in calorie and a reduction in protein. I am averaging 961 calories and 111 protein.
