Thursday - BOTT Cafe and Cardio

Good morning folks!  Hope the week is going well for you.  Things in my life are pretty crazy, but knowing that my food is planned is a HUGE load off my mind.  It gives me one less thing to worry about!

Here's my plan for the day:

B - Cereal and Yogurt
S - Apple and Cheese
L - Mini Meatballs and Kay's Chips
S - Protein Bar
D - Mini Meatballs
S - Protein Shake

Cardio - Walking

Hi Kelli - thanks for starting this for us today.   Hope your day goes just fine - some days the tail seems to wag the dog.

For some reason yesterday I fell into a "blue funk"  Have no idea where that little bout of depression came from.  Am happy to say, 1.  I stayed on track and 2. I'm feeling fit as a fiddle today.

EXERCISE:
Walking and stairs.  Found an old, cheap  pedometer last night so am wearing it today.  so far I've walked about 2, 330 steps - I know it hasn't registered all my steps, but think it will be fun to see how many I've walked by the end of the day.

FOOD:
B - Instone choc pudding - 100 cal
      HW choc drink - 80 cal
S - HW choc drink - 80
      HW choc drink - 80
L - HW cream of broccoli soup - 160 cal
      Finn multigrain thin crisps - 40 cal
      Campbell's tomato juide - 30 cal
S - HW choc drink - 80 cal
D - HW aloha mango smoothie - 90 cal
      HW peach mango fruit drink - 70
      Bariatrix bolognese - 150 cal
      Campbell's tomato juice - 30 cal
      Jell sf jello - 10 cal

CAL - 1000               CARBS - 75g               PROTEIN - 157g

Morning, everyone! The week is almost over woo-hoo!!

I'm almost 1/2 way thru the 10-day plateau buster. Yay! I broke down and weighed this morning and was glad to see that I'm missing 1-lb, which I hope I never find.
I'm feeling a little queasy this morning so I may not stick to my eating plan all that well. If the food doesn't help then I'll focus on protein drinks and maybe some broth.

Cardio ~ walking

Cafe~
B ~ 1.5 oz turkey sausage & 1/2 hard-boiled egg
S ~ 3 oz Gouda
L ~ 2 oz lemon pepper tilapia & 1 oz pinto beans
S ~ 1 tbsp chunky pb
D ~ ?? 3 oz of something

Woot, its Thursday! That means after tomorrow, its the weekend!!!

The good news is they've extended the tax credit for first time home buyers to April 2010. Sweet. That gives us more time. We're still waiitng on an answer. UGH.

This morning I was pro-active and went jogging before I did anything else. I feel good, energized. I hope it lasts.

Cardio - Jogged this morning, track this afternoon

Food -
B - Protein shake, 1 Joseph's flax pita
S - Brie and water crackers
L - Something chicken-y with veggies
S - BumbleBee Spicy Thai Chilli tuna and wasa crisps
D - Not sure, I suggested take-out.

I have lost a few lbs this week, so that is good.
I feel llike I am starving myself though!!!

Today:
B=shake
S=chicken filet
L=chicken and potatoes
S=chicken nuggets
D=shake? or eggs

Carido...maybe i will finally go for a walk...

Hello everyone - Congrats to everyone on their cardiofor the day! Sionn that is my goal is to go jogging, I watched the biggest loser last night (Tuesday's taped) and they ran their mile and I am thinking I can do that and I am going to work toward it. How far do you jog? Michelle-congratulations on losing. I too could not resist this morning so, I weighed in Monday at 192 and this morning it was...188.4. Oh my gosh, I was so shocked but glad. I am up several times through the night though running to the bathroom and this just started  Monday. Can anyone tell me do most people find themselves constipated easliy. I used to until Monday. Now I can count on it at 4:30 in the morning I am running to the bathroom adn I will have to go several times and then I am fine for the day.
