Good morning BOTTers!

Happy Hump Day!  I know I for one am pretty glad that the week is half over.  As I was telling one of my coworkers today, I feel like I'm on a record long string of Mondays!   But I'm doing what I can to get through each day, and keep on my plan as best as I can.

Food
B - Yogurt and Cereal
S - Protein Bar
L - 8 mini ****tail meatballs and protein chips
S - Apple
D - Beef Pinwheel and mashed cauliflower
S - Pumpkin Fluff

Cardio
I'm planning 30 minutes on the Wii
I'm really slipping with this one - I always find the 'perfect' excuse.  Anyone want to help me stay motivated to get my butt moving?

I'm back  from a wonderful week in Santa Fe.  The seminar was tremendous (as was the "Play time"

I'm amazed - I came back weighing less than when I went.  I think when I can't know exactly how many calories I'm eating I get scared and cut way back.  Also did some walking -- not a lot, but a good amount.  (Always a pleasure walking when it leads to shopping!!!!!)

So it's back to counting calories accurately today.  Don't have a "set-in-stone" plan.  The elevator is out of service in my condo so there's no doubt I will be walking up and down 6 flights of stairs at least.

See you tomorrow

Welcome back, Happy!!! Glad you enjoyed your week in Santa Fe.

I'm moving right on along with the plateau buster. The hardest things for me on this plateau buster is: not weighing everyday (afraid if the scale doesn't move I'll give up) and no liquid happiness in a cup from Sbux .

Cardio ~ walking 30 min and some sit-ups

Cafe ~
B ~ 2 turkey sausage patties & 1/2 hard-boiled egg
S ~ 1 tbsp chunky peanut butter
L ~ 2.4 oz tuna w/other 1/2 egg
S ~ 3 oz Gouda
D ~ 3 oz lemon pepper tilapia
** Protein drink after workout

Hope all are having a wonderful morning.  Ok Kellie this is the pot calling the kettle black  but here is my words of motivation "the more you work it the better you feel so work that body you know the drill"
Today I did 10 minutes on the treadmill and 5 minutes on the stationary bike.  However on the positive side, I weigh every Tuesday but did not lose any weight yesterday    but I did not gain any weight.  You may wonder what is the positive.
I did not sabotage myself by making bad food choices since the good ones did not show instant results.  Yeah me.

Good Morning and Happy Hump Day to everyone. Today is the first day I am feeling somewhat normal. We are having glorious weather for the next few days so my plan is to get outside and walk on my breaks.

B-English muffin w/soy sausage, Egg Beaters & FF Cheese
S-Turkey & cheese roll-ups
L-Romaine w/chicken, black beans & parmesan drsg
S-Dry roasted edamame

Kellieb71, maybe we can keep each accountable on the Wii. I bought the Biggest Loser game and yet to get on it because of this nasty cold I've been fighting all week. But I feel so much better today so no more excuses, I am going to try it out tonight after work.

Morning!

I'm still WAITING.... but at least Hubby's mouth is better, mom's belly is better, and I'm doing very good on track. A day or two more at this pace and I foresee some more weightloss in my near future! only 21 days until Thanksgiving! Maybe I can get another 5-8 lbs down, which would be fantastic. How's everyone else doing on their pledge??

Cardio - Track, walk the pooch

Food -
B - Click (first time trying. Its really GOOD)
S - Chicken rice soup
L - 4 pork potstickers
S - Apple
D - Not sure yet?

4 mile run today, hoping to go at a 9 min. 30 second pace or better.

Food:

Gonna try the Celestial Seasonings Gingerbread Spice tea, heard it's yummy!

B: 1 cup Cheerios with skim milk + vits and calcium
Protein-rich cottage cheese!

Coffee

4 mi. run
20 ounces water

L: Large veggie salad with cucumber + 2T dressing
40 grams protein--probably chicken

D: 2 cups tomato soup with a sprinkling of shredded cheese
Grilled cheese sandwich
    Vits & calcium
S: Apple wedges with a dab of peanut butter

Gee, I just noticed my plan for today has a lot of cheese in it. But still within my calorie goal. Meh. It's all good.
