Back On Track Together
Tuesday - BOTT Cardio and Cafe`
Jenn, you are doing an awesome job as well by staying on track. I wish I could do 45 mins at the gym. I still have that "everyone's looking at me" syndrome that I am trying to get over. I'm an everyday weigher so not getting on the scale is a BIG thing for me. I figure I will shoot for Friday to see where I'm at. I also took my measurements so that way if I lose inches instead of pounds I won't be discouraged.
Tomorrow, while your daughter is at driver's ed, maybe take a protein shake and your water. Sometimes when I have time to kill, like getting my oil changed lol, that is the only thing that keeps me from hitting the vending machine.
How are you spacing out your mini-meals and water? And the vitamins? I feel like I need a good plan or guideline on how I can keep on this schedule.
Here's to making it another day !!!

Tonight I only stayed 30 min at the gym. I have the everyone is looking at me too syndrome while at the gym. I have moved to a very small area compared to where I came from. There is not many people at the gym after 8pm,maybe five at the most. You have your key fob to get in and you do your thing and leave.
I am hoping it will be warm tomorrow and not too windy and I have my shoes ready so that I can walk while she is in class and drink my water. My oil really does need changed(haha) but, I like to take it to the Toyota dealership which is yep, 1.5 hrs the other direction. I have been here 4 months and still wonder oh my gosh where am I and am I dreaming. Oh well, I have my health and my daughter to keep me busy! That is til she starts driving herself in a month.
I set up a little guide to try and go by. It worked Monday, today was ok but have not been able to get in all of the water. I take my vitamins with the last bit of water before stopping prior to a snack or meal. I may not be able to follow this exact but, it gives me an idea where I need to be and when.

Jenn ~ It looks like we're pretty close on the eating schedule. I eat every 2-3 hours and fit my water in between, too. I have a 16 oz travel coffee mug that I fill up four times a day with water. Seems easier for me to get my water in that way. have you tried any of the Crystal Light add-ins. My fav is the Cherry Pomegranate. Num num. I have it every now and then to break up the boringness (is that even a word???).
