New Month, new ambition to glue my (hopefully) shrinking butt to the wagon and hang on through the holidays!  Who's with me? 

Meals
B - Yogurt and Kay's Natural cereal
S - Proten Bar
L - Tuna Salad, Crisp Breads, and Kay's Crisps
S - Apple with PB2
D - Turkey Sausage sauteed with Peppers
S - Click Frappe

Cardio
I have a 10 hour day planned at the office, which seriously cuts into the time I'd normally use for cardio - but I will be doing an hour of housework tonight, and plan to be 'energetic' about it.

I SERIOUSLY missed my October goals - was wawy too ambitious with them.  Will reset for November, and I WILL get there!

Morning all,

Very stressful day ahead of me today. Between my mom recovering at home from her surgery, to my husband getting oral surgery today on a possibly cancerous mass, to getting the final YEA or NAY on the house today, I'm having issues. I'm fighting the old "eat everything in site" monster to comfort myself. I think I'm going to get some soup and hope that tides me. I at least packed a nice healthy lunch, its just a matter of sticking to it.

Cardio - Track

B - WW whole wheat english muffin and cheese
L - left over filet mignon, SF apple sauce
S - Apple slices, Yoplait Delight parfait
D - Rice-a-Roni with ground beef
S - Apple

Hi everyone,
So, I am trying this again...again..and most lieky again!

I have decided that a stricker/ black and white eating plan is the only thing that is going to work for me. Especially since the post-op diet is pretty black and white!

I told my husband he is on his own for food, and he is ok with that.
I am hoping it will be easire to just worry about myself.
Also, I hope to have 2 shakes a day.

Here is the plan for today:
b= shake
l = chix and potaotes
d=chix nuggets
snack = shake
snack - sf jello and cool whip

i am even going to try to go for a showrt walk tonight!

my birthday is coming up and I would really like to see some success by then.
i would love to lose 20lbs by christmas.

i have no idea why it is so hard for me to do this.
i am afraid sometiems that it is too late for me.
that my pouch has stretched too much or that I have gained more weight than i can take off...

So today starts the "plateau buster" (refuse to call it a diet..it's an eating plan). So far so good. I weighed this morning and will be using that as my "official". This seems like sooo much food to eat in one day. Between the 64 oz of water, taking my vitamins and eating, I will be CONSTANTLY putting something in my mouth.

Cardio ~ 10 mins walking (am)
              20 mins walking (pm)
              10 sit-ups

Cafe ~
MS ~ Opt Nutri Mocha Capp Protein drink
B ~ 1.5 turkey sausage patties & 1 egg
MS ~ 3 oz Colby cheddar cheese
L ~ 3oz rotisserie chicken
AS ~ 3 oz Colby cheddar cheese
D ~ 1.5 oz rotisserie chicken & 1.5 oz ff re-fried beans

**Will have other protein drink after walk tonight.

Hello everyone, I weighed in this morning and too have started the "plateau buster". So far so good for me also. Although :( I am not having a hard time getting it all in.

Cardio - Gym at 8pm - Weights,Treadmill-Eliptical & Bike
                I usually do the weight circuit once, 3 miles on treadmill, .5 on eliptical,5 or more on bike

Cafe -
B - 1 egg, 2 turkey bacon
MS - protein drink - New Whey liquid protein 3.4oz
L - 3oz turkey
AS - 1 egg, 2 turkey bacon
D - 2oz lean ground beef, 1oz cheese

I am doing well with water and will do my 2nd protein drink after the gym tonight.

Unfortunately I am not finding that it is too much to eat but will conquer it today!!

Hello, I am new and late for monday's Cafe.  I started the five day pouch test myself today.  

It was very hard I have to say.  I did okay, then I got home from school and smelt dinner that my husband was cooking and was like ugggh,.! I did good, I had only my protien shake.  I didn't get to the gym today.  Was way to tired this morning.  But my goal for the month of November is four days a week at a hour to hour and hafe at a time.

B-Shake
L-Shake
D-Shake
All others shake.  LOL, I hope I can start my self on the righ track.

Okay Kellie, I also missed my goals for October.  I'm with you and all for sticking and getting back on track I just want to know, what kind of glue are we using on our shrinking butts??  Crazy Glue or Gorilla Glue and how big is the doggone WAGON!   My eatting has been crazy since my little episode this pass weekend.  Haven't been able to tolerate too much, even though I've tried.  Bought some Wheatena, and tried that (loved it as a kid) but it definitely wasn't happening my Pooh Pouch did not like it.  Hopefully today will be a better day for me as I get wagon back in shake.

Will post food later.
