Back On Track Together
Good Morning
Hope all have a great day. It's a good time to set goals and an early start on reaching them.
Today I started with my vitamins, exercise and protein.
Lunch is prepared, 2 pcs of cheese, 1 pc of salami, 1 pc of bread, a smear of mayo, 20 grapes and Atkins bar.
Dinner is leftovers from yesterday, cabbage, turkey spoonful of stuffing and 1/2 piece of cornbread.
I have my 2 quarts of water which will be consumed during the day.

I'm detoxing from that dreaded halloween candy - aghhhh. So today I'm totally BOTTing, so far so good. Now is my time when I usually snack - home from wor****il dinner, so I'm determined not to. I'm drinking like there is no tomorrow just to stop me putting emplty calories into my mouth.

Ruth I have the hardest time between 6 in the evening and bedtime unless I get real busy. I'm pulling for you. Just keep drinking.
