Newbie...curious about the 5 day pouch test

I've tried the pouch test before and it worked well. I am on day 5 of it right now. It gets me back on track when I lose focus.

That's the plateau busting diet I saw as well. Let me know when you guys are ready to start it! I'm definitely game.

I am ready to start Monday,November 1st. I will weigh in that morning and then not again I thin****il Thursday, November 11th. I really hope this will help me shed a couple of punds as well as get me back on track. Has anyone tried the new whey liquid protein? I ordered the blue raspberry and fruit punch. I was thinking it would have to be better than the powder but I am not convinced yet. Let me know if anyone will be joining me Monday.

I'll start it Monday as well. I'm going to stock up tomorrow on SF Jell-o pudding to help with the carb withdraws.  I'm hoping this will at least get me back into "Onderland" or really close to it.  I haven't tried the New Whey liquid protein, but I'm not that big of a fan on the fruit powders. The protein powder I really like is Optimum Nutrition Gold 100% Pure Whey Mocha-chino. To me it hardly has an aftertaste. 

How 'bout we check in here and talk about how it's going for us? That way if other people are interested, they can jump in as well. I'll be posting my eats in the Cardio & Cafe thread as well. Also, feel free to PM me, but I won't be able to respond until after work.

Jenn, sounds good. Like I said before I am new to posting so I am not really sure where the Cardio & Cafe thread is. Please tell me more about this. I did get on and tried to put  a tickler on my profile so I will see if that shows when I post this reply. I wasn't sure how to do one from when I first had RNY to starting new with BOTT. It is great to have someone to have discussions with so thanks to everyone:)

The Cafe & Cardio thread is on the list of topics for this group. It's normally titled like this: "Monday ~ BOTT Cafe and Cardio". It's posted normally in the mornings. If no one has started it when you sign on, then you can either check back or start it yourself. No one on this board will jump on you for doing that.

As far as the ticker goes, most of the time it will show up twice unless you delete one of them. Here's how you can add it:

Go to My OH tab at the top.
Then Health Tracker on the left side.
Enter your weight then click on the Ticker and Widgets tab at the top of the section
Create new Ticker.
Enter in your info.
Select the one you want.
On the right, click on "Add to message board signature"
Underneath the HTML box, click on the "message board" hyperlink. This will take you to your signature page.

Thanks or the info, I am working late this evening but will try to post to the Cardio & Cafe thread later. I tried doing the tickler again so hopefully it will be correct this time.

My plan was to join you guys, but I have been sooo sick since Friday, not eatting much of anything, so I will have to jump in, in a few days, or maybe a week, after my body recovers from this nasty flu.  Good luck though, let me know how it goes.
