I didn't quite stick to plan yesterday, but did better than I have over the past two weeks.

L ~ 10 ozs chicken/veggies mix
S ~ Honeycrisp apple
D ~ no clue ?? maybe more chicken/veggies

Life is just life around here. I am still having a hard time with my friend passing away and my husband and I are having a really rough patch. I am struggling to get my food in every day, upside is I am losing again.
Cardio: Wii Fit
Planned Food:
B-Nothing
S-Turkey & cheese roll-up
L-Soup
S-Dry roasted edamame
D-Turkey Burger
Sorry to be such a complete downer today, I think everything is finally taking its toll.

No exercise today - that is not good. Hoping for a better tomorrow.
Intake:
Morning coffee, creamer and splenda
Lunch - boiled egg, beef bologna, slice each of swiss cheese and colby cheese, slice of thin bread, 1/2 tsp mayo, 17 grapes and jalapeno cheetos.
Dinner - 1/2 cup of chicken soup
8oz Liquid Protein - Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60
Went over my calorie limit for today but still hoping for a better day tomorrow.

Got a call from my doctor today telling me that my potassium is too low. She asked if I wanted to bring my levels up with supplements or by adding food items to my diet. I told her I'll use the food items. She advised that I need to drink milk and orange juice. I can't drink either, and she gave me a whole list of things to eat. When I looked at the list I laughed, because everything that was on the list I eat in abundance, except for the bananas. I have really been enjoying being back on track. Don't laugh when you view my Potassium filled menu.
