Thursday - BOTT Cardio and Café

Well no good new on my end... my mother went into the hospital last night with awful stomach pains... after a few x-rays and other tests... turns out she has a blockage or twist in her intestines where she had her Y of the RNY put back together. What's wierd is that she has been fine for 6 months, now all of suddent, there's a blockage. Looks like she'll have to get drained out over the next day and have another lap surgery to fix the issue. I'm afraind of her intestines getting strangulated for blood and her having more major issues... but she talked to me this morning and sounded okay... Please keep her in your thoughts!

S - Soup
D - Likely more stuffed pepper

I didn't quite stick to plan yesterday, but did better than I have over the past two weeks.

Cardio ~ none

Cafe ~
B ~ Sbux 5 shot grande latte & 1 tbsp of Jif crunchy PB
S ~ 9 Kellogg's All Bran crackers
L ~ 10 ozs chicken/veggies mix
S ~ Honeycrisp apple
D ~ no clue ?? maybe more chicken/veggies

Sorry to hear about your Mom, I hope everything goes smoothly with her surgery and she starts feeling better soon. Any word on your house?

Life is just life around here. I am still having a hard time with my friend passing away and my husband and I are having a really rough patch. I am struggling to get my food in every day, upside is I am losing again.

Cardio: Wii Fit

S-Turkey & cheese roll-up
L-Soup
S-Dry roasted edamame
D-Turkey Burger

Sorry to be such a complete downer today, I think everything is finally taking its toll.

Blarg, not a word, and I'm getting very frustrated by it. The listing agent simply is NOT responding to all the poking and proding my real estate agent is doing. For 4 days!

Keeping your mom in my thoughts. 
No exercise today - that is not good.  Hoping for a better tomorrow.

Intake: 
Morning coffee, creamer and splenda

Lunch - boiled egg, beef bologna, slice each of swiss cheese and colby cheese, slice of thin bread, 1/2 tsp mayo, 17 grapes and jalapeno cheetos. 

Dinner - 1/2 cup of chicken soup

8oz Liquid Protein - Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60

Went over my calorie limit for today but still hoping for a better day tomorrow.

If I want to lose my weight by March I have to keep my calories down to 1,052.  On good days its obtainable but on thursday I went over.

Hello BOTT,
Got a call from my doctor today telling me that my potassium is too low.  She asked if I wanted to bring my levels up with supplements or by adding food items to my diet.  I told her I'll use the food items. She advised that I need to drink milk and orange juice. I can't drink either, and she gave me a whole list of things to eat.  When I looked at the list I laughed, because everything that was on the list I eat in abundance, except for the bananas. I have really been enjoying being back on track.  Don't laugh when you view my Potassium filled menu.

Cardio:
 Upper body workout

Food:
EAS Chocolate Protein Shake
Oatmeal w/ Cinnamon - 1oz. milk
1 cup of Split Pea Soup / Cup of tea - Jalepeno Pretzels
Salmon w/ tossed green salad
Strawberries w/ sliced bananas (yum)
Salmon Pattie w/ green beans
EAS Protein Shake (late night)

Calories 1075  Fat 38.2g  Fiber 16.5g
Carbs 87.5g  Protein 91.5g
