I'm trying to prioritize things a bit better and BOTT is one of my top priorities.

Chicken breast with grilled onions and breadstick

Hey, everyone! I've been lurking lately and following the posts, but haven't been in the right mindset to post. I might still not be in the right place, but I'm going to post my eats everyday so I can have some accountability.
Cardio: 20 sit~ups
Cafe:
B ~ 2 slices Sargento Muenster Cheese & 9 All-bran crackers (suprisingly NUMMY)
MS ~ 5 shot Sbux latte (no mocha...step one in letting go of the habit)
L ~ 3 oz leftover chicken breast marinated in marsala & 6 ozs black beans w/rice
S ~ Kellogg's FiberPlus or Honeycrisp apple (whichever sounds better)
D ~ Chicken breast w/shrooms and onions
Cardio: Wii Fit Plus
Food:
B-Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal
S-Turkey & Cheese Roll-ups
L-Fajita chicken w/beans & rice
S-Dry roasted edamame
D-More chicken w/beans & rice

I agree, thank goodness for Hump day. I keep having a hard time pulling myself out of bed. Its dark, gloomy, cold, rainy and plain ol ucky out. I think that has a lot to do with it. I'm also having too much salt and not enough water, so that'll have to be adjusted today. I promised myself to hit the track, hell or high water (or rain).... I very much need to get back in motion!

L- Left over chix/pepper/spinach/tortalini in vodka sauce
S- Fried rice
D - Stuffed pepper
