Heyo, BOTT'ers. Day 2 of the work week and I already didn't want to get up this morning! Poor hubby's off at the oral surgeon, its 45* and rainy, and I'm still pooped from game. So I ended up sleeping in with the poochie snuggled up on the couch and being late to work.

Eh, it could be worse, I guess. At least the scale is staying steady and after a lot of poking, it sounds like I'll get some sort of house-related news today. I'm anxious because the bank wouldn't talk directly to my real estate agent due to "privacy issues".... the listing agent has to apparantly tell us. I'm wondering what that means, if anything.

Since its mighty wet out and I'm still sore from game, I'm going to take it easy tonight. Maybe I'll work some sit-ups and push-ups and give my legs a little more rest. We went out for sushi last night, and I have some left overs of that I'll be nibbling on.

Cardio - Taking it easy

Food -
B - Wegh****chers english muffin and 50% fat free jalapeno cheddar
L - Turkey breast and some salad dressing to dip
S - WW English muffin and cheddar
D - Chicken, peppers, spinach and vodka sauce over pasta
S - Left over sushi

I'm freezing - it's 63 and rainy.  I know that sounds like a heat-wave to some of you but to us Floridians - that's cold.  (It doesn't help that they keep our offices like a refrigerator)

Am frantically getting ready to fly out early tomorrow morning.  I think I have everything packed and in the car ready to go to the airport.  Had to do it last night as the support group I lead here meets tonight and there won't be time to do much when I get home (Have to get up at 3:30 in the morning to get to the airport on time Ugh!)    The elevator will be down when I get back.

Oh Jennifer

I'm so sorry to hear your sad news.  Keep treating yourself well and eating right no matter how tough things get.  I find it so easy to let everything drop and not take care of myself in those times, but that is when I need to have the metal, physical and emotional strength to get through.

Big hugs to you
