Hi all,

I admit I have been in deniel about keeping on track.  I'm on a track alright, but it ain't the right one lol. Yea, that inner voice keeps nagging me.  I have developed a very bad and high calorie habit that is taking it's tole on my body in more ways than fat.  Personal life seems to be going down hill as well.  My support group, well, I'm losing interest in it.  If there was someone qualified to take it over, I would let them.  Yea I am preaching to myself and try constantly to use the same tools I tell everyone else.  Do I do it?  Naaaaaaah

So, I need to get on the right track and start caring about myself.  Oh my, I have a long way to go!  HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

We are all in similar situations, Shout. Its time to pick yourself up, dust yourself off and remember why the heck you got this surgery in the first place. How much sacrifice you made to get it, all the struggles all the battles won to make it this far. Let that relight that fire under your butt and be the spark of your motivation. That little voice isn't nagging for no reason! Listen up and start moving! The best way to get back on track is to read the stickies on the top of the forum posted by Cathy, think about back to basics and start putting things into action. You JUST GOTTA WANT IT bad enough. Using this as my mantra, I'm proudly BOTT, and I know I can do it if I choose to. So can you!

It's often easier to give others advice and put ourselves last.  Hugs to you.

Welcome to BOTT and the great cheerleading team we have here.  You can do it - you've done it before and can do it again.  Believe in yourself - the journey is taken one step t a time and before you realise it you'll be in a better place than you are now.
