Hello BOTT Family,

Glad to hear how fantastic everyone is doing, its nice to know you're spreading some of positive vibes our way.  I still here and kickin' just not too high.  Had a very good day today, journaling, vits and all meds done, pouch under control and no head hunger monsters dancing on my shoulders.  Haven't seen Mike or Ike in awhile!

Cardio: None yet

EM - Cinnamon Oatmeal / Hot tea
B -    Turkey Bacon w/ cheese grits
S -     EAS Protein Shake
L -     Salmon w/ tossed green salad mix & LF Italian dressing
D -     Salmon Pattie w/ green beans
S -     Strawberries / Hot Tea

Calories 860  Fat 25.4g  Fiber 10.8g
Carbs 69g  Protein 88.3g

Low calorie count and I'm not starvin',explain that too me!

Genie - I often find that I'm satisied - even feel full - for a couple of days and then if I try to continue that way, I tend to start craving and/or have no energy - that's my signal to kick up my calories.  Can't explain it - I just enjoy it!
