Morning everyone! I hope you had a good weekend. mine was fun-filled, cold, wet and muddy, so needless to say, I am exhausted. I successfully avoided dehydration, but I think I will pound lots of water today just to be sure.

Today's SUPPOSED to be the day we hear something from the banks about the house... but we've passed so many of those "You'll hear be then" dates that I don't have my hopes up. Cross your fingers for me anyways, though. I eventually have to hear SOMEthing, right?

Cardio - Might just go easy today, sore and tired. IF I feel it, hit the track

Food -
B - SF Ice cream sammich (I knowwwwww)
L - Chicken and veggies
S - Apple
D - Not sure what mom has in mind
S - Apple

Good Morning BOTT family - hope yo're having a great day (well, as great as one can on Monday LOL)

Had a fun weekend - highlight was my favorite arts & crafts fair Sunday with friends.

Scales welcomed me this morning by telling me I was exactly at my goal weight.  Can't do better than that!!!!

Frantically planning and packing to fly out early Wednesday morning for Santa Fe.  I didn't realize Santa Fe was in the mountains - it is possible there will be S N O W when we get there Wednesday.  Ugh!!!!!

Exercise will be the usual 18 flights of stairs and some walking.  The elevator will be out when I get back from Santa Fe.

Food:
B - Fage 2% - 130 cal
Heath Wise Pineapple fruit drink - 70 cal
S - HW hot choc  - 80 cal
HW hot choc  - 80 cal
L - Prime rib - 396 cal  (to my delight I've discovered I can still eat rare prime rib if I have them shave it for me!!!!!)
S - HW hot choc - 80 cal
D - Health Valley split pea soup - 220 cal

1056 cals               61g carbs              82g protein

See you all tomorrow

Hi Happy,

Don't you love those days where you see that lovely goal weight??!!!  You are an inspiration - not just about what you eat or what you weigh but who you are.

You are so !!

So, today is Monday...

I didn't have a BAD weekend, but i also didn't have protien shakes...

Today: (so far)
Breakfast: Protien shake
Lunch: chicken patty
4pm snack: chicken nuggets (to come)
Dinner: I have NO clue yet!!

I am retaining a little bit of water so i am trying not to freak out over that small weight gain.
I am going to be 35 in 1 month from today!
I am hoping I can be a few pounds lighter by then!
i would like it to be about 8lbs, which I am sure I can reach if i actually have a protien shake every day!

Cardio...well, this week is going to be one where i just hope to survive the week without being in too much pain,
so i am not sure what my thus-far non-existant cardi plan will look like!
(i hope you guys love me anyway!)

Good luck today everybody!
Monday is a freat day to "start over" and get back on track!

Teresa - This is one place you don't have to earn love - we give (and receive) it freely.  Do what you need to do to take care of yourself.  You have the rest of your life to reach/maintain goal.  since I'm more than twice your age (will be 77 Dec 14) I maybe have a little better perspective on that than you LOL

Here's to a fine BOTT day

Fine.  I'm sticking with it because I know it will come off If I do but geeze.

Well,
I WAS doing great until I had some maccaroni and cheese from a bbq place.
had the meat, it was great, lots of protien...
then looked up the maccaroni...almost 600 cals and 72 carbs! ugh!

its ok, the rest of the say was good,
so i am not too worried.

i have a sleepy kitty on my lap and i am going to bed early!

take care all,
teresa
