A step forward
I made it! 3 days of liquids. OMG! It was REALLY hard, especially the 3rd day. But - I don't feel so bloated and I feel better mentally too.
I'm going to a zoo today with the family and have to plan something to eat thats portable. They will stop at a resturant probably for lunch. I want to do soft protiens today. I don't know what to order. Most of the soups are creamed and high fat. Maybe they will have a cottage cheese something on the menu. I don't eat bread or pasta so it will be a challenge. Any suggestions are welcome.

Eggs and corned beef (not hash) are usually available if you like and can tolerate. Unfortunately some of my soft proteins are high in fat. Tuna is on the soft side. Sorry not of much help. Wishing you success.
